It is time to stop giving the idea that wine is something special. Their is no ritual, if you want to drink red wine out of the fridge and you like it it is good. Stop making wine complicated
Wine is still a beverage, and its purpose is enjoyment.
Many other drinks seem to understand this better. People dont feel they need to justify how they drink them… they simply enjoy them!
